We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our insurance team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, assisting them with inquiries, policy information, and claims support. Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Must be licensed in Property and Casualty and/or Life, Health, and Accident in the state of Missouri (or a willingness to obtain one/both).
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information regarding insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processes.
Assist clients in resolving issues related to their policies and claims, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our systems.
Collaborate with underwriting and claims departments to facilitate smooth and efficient service.
Stay informed about company products, services, and industry regulations to provide knowledgeable support.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve skills and service quality.
