Hands on Training

High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Self-motivated with a passion for helping others and a desire to succeed.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Basic understanding of financial products and services is a plus but not required.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.

Conduct thorough insurance assessments and risk evaluations for clients.

Collaborate with the agency team to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
