We are seeking a proactive, resourceful, and tech-savvy individual to join our team as an Insurance Quoting Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating insurance quotes, assisting clients with policy inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.

Salary Range: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year

• Preferably with experience in the insurance industry, with understanding of insurance products and policies.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with insurance quoting software and other relevant technology tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A proactive mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Billingual (English-Spanish)

- Generate insurance quotes for various lines of coverage, including auto, home, and commercial insurance.

- Utilize our agency's technology platforms and tools to efficiently gather and analyze client information.

- Proactively follow up with potential clients to provide additional information and address any questions or concerns.

- Collaborate with our sales team to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and regulations to provide accurate and comprehensive information to clients.

- Assist with administrative tasks and support other team members as needed
