Seeking an entrepreneurial, highly motivated, sales/business professional to join our team.  The Apprentice program provides the opportunity for an incoming agent candidate to develop their skills and business knowledge while employed with a top performing agency owner/mentor.  You will market, develop customer relationships within the community, and sell a large array of insurance products.  Apply if you’re a motivated self-starter who wants control of their own future, are seeking a rewarding career opportunity in an essential industry and want excellent income and growth potential with the freedom and flexibility of a business owner.  Apprentice agents who successfully complete the program will become top candidates for area agency opportunities.  

Salary Range: $42,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year

• Willingness and ability to receive ID state Insurance licenses
• Highly driven / self-motivated
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience or education in Sales, Marketing, Business, Finance or related field (helpful)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation 
• No recent bankruptcies or felonies
• The desire to one day own a residual income business

• Meet sales and business growth goals by generating leads and scheduling appointments
• Develop insurance quotes, conduct sales presentations, and close deals
• Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and digital channels
• Build and nurture relationships with clients and the community
