Our District Office is looking to add a Sales Manager to our Life and Financial Services department. This position would have base clients and access to our 100,000+ customers in the Twin Cities to offer our specialized life & financial products. Salary Range: $105,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • 3+ years Minimum of sales experience.
  • Direct point of sale, sales leadership and life insurance wholesaler experience preferred.


Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • MN State life insurance license required.
  • Series 6, 63 and/or 26 (or comparable) securities licenses preferred


Responsibilities
  • Analyzes agency life insurance production activity and results within a set of geographically assigned agencies to understand trends and is responsible for realizing Life policy and associated premium growth objectives.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of territory/market initiatives and strategies independently or as part of a team.
  • Serves as the primary contact point for agency, their support staff, and clients to build and maximize the relationship for Life Insurance products and processes.
  • Promotes overall company value proposition and drives results.
  • Utilizes consultative skills to consult and train on products, services, concepts and technology to achieve objectives.
