• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.
• A positive and helpful demeanor.

• Greet clients warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the district office.
• Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate team member.
• Provide information about Farmers Insurance products and services.
• Assist with general office duties, including filing and data entry.
• Process policy changes and endorsements accurately.
• Contribute to a welcoming and efficient office atmosphere.
