Farmers Insurance - MN is looking for experienced Owner Operators or Sales Managers to manage existing agencies. Includes a $7,500 Signing Bonus a $500 monthly marketing bonus and up to 300% monthly bonuses plus additional compensation. The books available generate $144K - $600K $12K-$46K monthly in residual income.

Salary Range: $185,000.00 - $245,000.00 per year

• Create a business plan and strategy for operations

• Increase brand awareness through advertising and marketing
• Manage customer relations to improve return customers
• Negotiate and manage supplier contracts
• Screen and interview candidates for job openings
