District 11 currently has several agency opportunities around the Greater Detroit Area including Wayne, Macomb, St.Clair, Washtenaw, Livingston, and Oakland Counties but we can assist you in building your opportunity anywhere in the state of Michigan.

Retail Pathway Responsibilities:


  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture client relationships through yourself and your team by understanding their insurance needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Sales Generation: Drive sales through proactive outreach, networking, and leveraging our suite of insurance products.
  • Customer Service Excellence: You and your team provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries, claims, and policy changes promptly and accurately.
  • Continuous Learning: Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
  • Goal Achievement: You and your team meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.


Acquisition Pathway Responsibilities:


  • Business Expansion: You and your team identify and acquire new customers while leveraging existing networks to expand the client base.
  • Agency Development: Grow agency operations by recruiting, training, and supporting agents in achieving business goals.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to enhance agency performance and market penetration.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.


Protege Pathway Responsibilities:


  • Learning & Business Development: Engage in comprehensive training to understand insurance products, sales techniques, and industry best practices.
  • Shadowing & Mentorship: Work closely with experienced agents to observe and learn client interactions, sales processes, and agency operations.
  • Adaptability & Initiative: Display a willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in various aspects of insurance sales and agency support.
  • Performance Evaluation: Participate actively in evaluations to assess progress, seek feedback, and refine skills for career advancement.
