As an Insurance Sales Agent, you'll have the opportunity to help customers protect what matters most while earning a competitive hourly rate plus commissions and bonuses.

• Sales, customer service, or customer-facing experience preferred, but not required.
• CA Property & Casualty insurance license preferred, but not required for application. Must be willing to obtain within 60 days - we provide pre-licensing guidance and support.
• High level of motivation, integrity, and an eagerness to learn.
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Solid ties to the San Fernando Valley or Simi Valley communities is a plus.

• Sell insurance products including Auto, Home, Umbrella, Life, and Commercial policies.
• Manage an assigned pipeline of leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Cross-sell to an existing book of business and uncover new sales opportunities.
• Follow proven sales scripts while maintaining a personalized communication style.
• Provide excellent customer service to maintain strong client relationships.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Seek out referrals and leverage your personal and professional network to grow business.
• Work closely with a mentor agent and district team to track performance and progress.
