We are seeking motivated and goal-driven individuals to join our Farmers Insurance team in the San Fernando Valley or Simi Valley areas. As an Insurance Sales Agent, youll have the opportunity to help customers protect what matters most while earning a competitive hourly rate plus commissions and bonuses.

• Sales, customer service, or customer-facing experience preferred, but not required.

• CA Property & Casualty insurance license preferred, but not required for application. Must be willing to obtain within 60 days - we provide pre-licensing guidance and support.

• High level of motivation, integrity, and an eagerness to learn.

• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.

• Must be able to pass a background check.

• Solid ties to the San Fernando Valley or Simi Valley communities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance products including Auto, Home, Umbrella, Life, and Commercial policies.

• Manage an assigned pipeline of leads and convert prospects into clients.

• Cross-sell to an existing book of business and uncover new sales opportunities.

• Follow proven sales scripts while maintaining a personalized communication style.

• Provide excellent customer service to maintain strong client relationships.

• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.

• Seek out referrals and leverage your personal and professional network to grow business.

• Work closely with a mentor agent and district team to track performance and progress.
