We're seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to break into the insurance industry while learning directly from a high-performing, award-winning agency. In this role, you will develop client relationships, prospect for new business, quote policies, and help customers find coverage solutions that fit their needs. You will receive hands-on training, licensing support, and mentorship designed to help you grow into a top-performing insurance professional. We are looking for someone who is goal-oriented, positive, and eager to learn.

  • Base salary starting at $32,000
  • First-year earning potential of $45,000-$65,000

Requirements
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to succeed

  • No prior insurance experience required
  • Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty license with agency support
Responsibilities
  • Conduct inbound and outbound prospecting activities
  • Schedule calls and appointments with prospective clients
  • Build strong client relationships through consultative sales and service
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
  • Develop new business through referrals, networking, and providing opportunities
  • Manage client accounts, renewals, and service requests
