Entry-level applicants will begin with a $30,720 base salary and an opportunity to earn additional compensation during their first year.

Experienced applicants start with a $42,240 base salary and top performers can earn an additional $20,000 in commission. Requirements
  • Licensing: Possess or acquire a valid Tennessee insurance license.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry or related field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients effectively.
  • Customer-Focused: Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to pay close attention to policy details, coverage options, and client needs.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and foster a supportive work environment.
  • Professionalism: Present a polished and professional image while representing the agency to clients and prospects.
  • Background check: Ability to pass a background check.
