Farmers Insurance Stephanie Robert Agency in Scottsdale, Arizona, is looking for a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Full-Time Account Development Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with our sales team to identify opportunities for new clients, develop sales strategies, and promote our amazing insurance products and services. If you have previous experience in marketing, business operations, sales, or telemarketing this is the perfect role for you. Every day you’ll be using your time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail to achieve sales goals and grow both your business and your career.

Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Call prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
• Obtain the prospect's information such as name, address, and vehicle information, and enter them into quote sheets.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Stay up-to-date on industry market trends and best practices.
