Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance account management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building lasting client relationships. This role involves managing a portfolio of clients, providing expert advice on insurance products, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in insurance account management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficient in using insurance software and CRM systems.
  • Relevant insurance licenses (e.g., property and casualty) preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
  • Conduct regular policy reviews and risk assessments to identify opportunities for coverage improvements and cost savings.
  • Collaborate with underwriters and other internal teams to ensure timely and accurate policy issuance and claims processing.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide clients with informed recommendations.
  • Prepare and present insurance proposals, renewal quotes, and coverage options to clients.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management on key metrics and client feedback.
  • Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies to attract new clients and expand the existing client base.
