The Stephanie Robert Agency is looking for a full-time experienced Commercial Insurance Specialist to join our expanding team. This is for experienced agents only - those without prior business insurance experience should apply to an entry level position.

Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.

Confident, self-starter who works well independently.

A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.

Successful sales background.

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.

Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.

Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.

Develop and maintain client relationships.

Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
