We are looking for a friendly, dedicated professional to join our amazing team as a Full-Time Insurance Account Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring your clients have the coverage they need while offering additional products that may be beneficial to their goals. You will have the opportunity to utilize your customer service skills while growing your sales career. Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

• Process customer policy change requests.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
• Verify phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
• Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
• Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients
• Understanding our client's needs and ensuring that their needs are met
• Take care of all inbound customer requests via calls, texts, and emails
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
• Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus
