About the Role:

As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for helping clients find the right insurance products to meet their needs while exceeding personal and team sales goals. We provide warm leads, strong administrative support, and a competitive compensation structure.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell auto, home, life, and other insurance products to individuals and families
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Identify client needs and match them with appropriate insurance products
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details

What We're Looking For:

  • Active insurance license (Property & Casualty, Life & Health, or both)
  • Proven background in sales with measurable results
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Requirements
  • Willing to obtain Insurance Licenses for Property/Casualty and Life/Health before starting.
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving Capabilities.
  • Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
  • No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
Responsibilities
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
  • Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
