Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Must be able to work full-time.
  • 2 years of management experience preferred.
  • 1 year of sales experience preferred.
  • Dynamic, kind, and caring demeanor.
  • Excellent written and oral/presentation skills.
  • Desire and expectation to work towards measurable quotas and bonuses.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license and Life & Health License.
Responsibilities
  • Drive sales among potential clients by making phone calls, composing text messages, and sending emails.
  • Achieve the predetermined business production objectives to further the agency's greater financial goals.
  • Present prospective customers with the best insurance policy options to meet their needs after assessing their individual circumstances and goals.
  • Create new and continued business by uncovering opportunities to upsell and cross-sell financial products.
  • Work side-by-side with your mentor to build the confidence and skills necessary to gain self-sufficiency as an insurance agent.
