We are hiring a Manager Trainee to develop leadership skills while learning the operational and sales sides of the insurance business. This role combines client interaction, team coordination, and performance development in a structured learning environment.

You will gain experience supporting team performance, mentoring peers, and understanding agency operations. This position prepares individuals for future leadership roles and expanded responsibilities as they grow within the organization.

Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

• Active Michigan Property & Casualty and Life, Accident & Health licenses OR willingness to obtain them
