District 26 of Farmers Insurance is looking for motivated individuals to join our Agent-in-Training program. This is a hands-on, growth-focused opportunity designed for people who want to build a long-term career in insurance and business ownership.

District 26 is known for its supportive environment and strong development culture. From day one, you’ll receive structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, and practical guidance that prepares you to confidently launch and operate your own agency.

Our training covers everything from insurance fundamentals to sales execution, daily operations, and the mindset required to run a successful business. You won’t be on your own — we’re committed to giving you the tools, knowledge, and support you need to succeed.

No prior insurance experience is necessary. If you’re driven, people-oriented, and eager to learn, this could be the perfect path to building a rewarding career and future.

Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

What You’ll Do

• Engage with prospective customers to understand their insurance needs
• Present Farmers Insurance products and explain coverage options
• Build and maintain customer relationships through follow-up and service
• Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and basic support
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development
