• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to own a business

• No prior insurance experience required—training provided

Required Commitment

• In-person attendance in Redding, CA

Sales & Business Development

• Prospect and generate leads for insurance policies
• Learn to close sales and deliver tailored coverage solutions
• Assist in growing the agency’s book of business

Customer Service & Engagement

• Conduct policy reviews and recommend appropriate coverage
• Provide support and education to new and existing clients
• Maintain strong client relationships with follow-up and service

Marketing & Community Outreach

• Support marketing and lead generation campaigns
• Attend networking events and local outreach efforts
• Leverage digital and social media tools to build visibility

Training & Licensing

• Complete Farmers’ onboarding and business training
• Licensing Assistance Provided - Life & Health and Property & Casualty
• Work on a structured business plan for agency launch
