Job Overview

The Client Engagement Associate is a client-facing, growth-oriented role focused on building relationships, supporting new business opportunities, and strengthening the agency’s local presence. This position blends sales activity, client communication, and digital engagement to help the agency grow and stay connected to the community.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, contributing to sales activity, and using social media as a business tool—not just marketing, but real engagement that supports conversations and opportunities.

Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable initiating conversations and follow-ups
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using social media in a professional/business context
  • Coachable and open to learning sales processes and systems
  • Interest in sales, client engagement, or business growth

Preferred (not required):

  • Experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or social media management
  • Experience working with CRM tools or scheduling systems
Responsibilities

Client & Sales Engagement

  • Engage with prospective and existing clients through phone, email, text, and in-person conversations
  • Support new business activity by assisting with outreach, follow-up, and appointment setting
  • Help guide clients through the early stages of the sales process
  • Maintain consistent follow-up to ensure no opportunities fall through the cracks
  • Support retention and relationship-building with existing clients

Social Media & Digital Presence

  • Manage and maintain the agency’s social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Create and post content that supports brand awareness, client education, and local visibility
  • Engage with comments, messages, and inquiries generated through social platforms
  • Use social media to support sales conversations and appointment generation
  • Coordinate promotions, community highlights, and agency updates

Operations & Coordination

  • Track client interactions and follow-up activity in agency systems
  • Assist with preparing applications, documents, and sales materials
  • Coordinate handoffs between sales, service, and leadership
  • Support day-to-day sales operations and client experience efforts
