Licensing: An active insurance license in Texas which must be obtained within 30 days of employment.

Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing ongoing support.

Policy Review: Conduct regular policy reviews to ensure clients have appropriate coverage and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.

New Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our client base through referrals, networking, and other marketing initiatives.

Claims Assistance: Support clients throughout the claims process, acting as their advocate and ensuring timely resolution.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner.
