Our Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintaining knowledge of our products, and answering any questions our clients may have.

Salary Range: $24,000.00 per year

Requirements for the Customer Service Representative:



• Insurance customer service experience is preferred
• Must be willing to obtain your General Property & Casualty License
• Must be willing to obtain your General Life, Accident, & Health License
• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
• Must be coachable
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
• Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
• Must be motivated and determined

Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative:



• Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring
• Process customer policy change requests
• Cross-sell products such as Life insurance
• Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program
