We are a growing insurance agency in Orange County looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Producer to join our on-site team in Laguna Hills, CA.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, building relationships, and helping clients protect what matters most. You will work with warm leads, quote and bind policies, and grow a book of business while earning hourly pay, commission, and performance bonuses.

Salary Range: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Active California Property & Casualty insurance license (Personal Lines acceptable)

• Minimum 1 year of insurance sales or servicing experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of personal lines products including auto, home, renters, and umbrella

• Proven ability to quote, bind, and service policies accurately

• Excellent communication and follow-up skills

• Comfortable working toward sales and performance goals

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Proficient with basic computer systems and CRM tools

• Professional attitude and strong work ethic

• Ability to work on-site in Laguna Hills, CA

Quote, sell, and bind personal lines insurance policies including auto, home, renters, and umbrella

• Follow up with inbound leads, referrals, and existing clients

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage options

• Explain policy features, coverages, and pricing in a clear and professional manner

• Complete applications, endorsements, and policy changes accurately

• Maintain detailed and compliant client records

• Meet or exceed individual sales and performance goals

• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales and servicing process

• Follow agency procedures and compliance guidelines
