• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong desire to learn and grow in a sales-oriented environment.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be willing to obtain insurance licensing within a specified timeframe.
• Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required.

• Participate in a structured training program to learn about insurance products, sales techniques, and industry regulations.
• Assist licensed agents in developing and servicing client accounts.
• Learn how to conduct needs analysis to determine appropriate insurance solutions.
• Support marketing and outreach activities to generate new business leads.
• Help clients complete applications and understand policy options.
• Study for and pass the required state licensing exam (if not already licensed).
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.
