Communication: Have strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

Experience

Previous telemarketing or sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry, but not necessary. Must be willing to get licensed paid for by the agency.

Build relationships: Follow up with leads and maintain communication to increase the likelihood of sales
