Qualifications for the Insurance Sr Sales Advisor:
Prior Sales experience with results of exceeding sales targets and goals
Proven track record of winning
Leadership and management experience
Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and listening
Intrinsically driven to be successful
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering quality service
Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and meet goals
Ability to obtain an insurance license within a specific timeframe
Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Representative:
Create insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
Establish client relationships and follow up with clients
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

What can I reasonably expect to make in the first year?
If you follow our sales process, at the very least you can expect to make $60,000 in your first year with your base salary, commission, and bonuses.
