Customer Service Representative- Farm and Ranch Division
Job Overview
This position primarily supports our farm and ranch customers throughout Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas, and Oklahoma. As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in assisting agricultural customers with their crop, livestock, and farming insurance needs. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with inquiries, providing information about our products, and processing claims. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping others, has excellent communication skills, and possesses knowledge of agricultural operations and the unique needs of rural communities.
Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Requirements
-High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer management software.
- Knowledge of insurance products and regulations is a plus.

-Must obtain required insurance licenses within the first 90 days of employment. Study materials will be provided, and the agency will cover all licensing fees
Responsibilities
-Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Provide accurate information regarding insurance policies, claims, and coverage options.
- Process policy applications, renewals, and modifications.
- Assist clients in filing claims and follow up on the status.
- Maintain customer records and ensure accurate documentation.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer experience.
