We are looking for a motivated individual to become an Agent Trainee. This role not only allows you to excel in sales but also offers hands-on experience in agency operations, paving the way for a future in agency ownership.

Alongside your sales duties, you’ll work closely with the agency owner to gain a deep understanding of what it takes to run a successful agency. This position is tailored to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to eventually transition into owning your own agency.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Licensing Assistance

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Sales Experience: Previous sales experience preferred; insurance sales experience is a plus.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and interpersonal skills are essential.

Motivation: Highly motivated and results-driven mindset.

Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Licensing Requirement: Must obtain P&C and L&H in KS and MO within a given timeframe.

Responsibility

• Connect with and build relationships with current and prospective customers
• Educate people on insurance needs and products
• Reach out to insurance consumers and help inform them on available insurance options
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all necessary paperwork.
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly.

Training and Skill Development

• Actively engage in training sessions and workshops.
• Work closely with Mentor Agent and the District Office.
• Continuously expand your insurance knowledge and sales expertise.
• Complete online modules and hands-on training.
