The Leah Smith Farmers Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated and results-driven Entry-Level Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be trained to identify potential customers, assess their insurance needs, and provide tailored solutions to protect their assets and loved ones. Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering quality service
Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and meet goals
No previous sales experience is required; however, experience in retail, customer service, or other client-facing roles is a plus
Ability to obtain an insurance license within a specific timeframe
Conduct outbound calls, in-person meetings, and networking to generate new business
Identify and engage prospective clients through provided leads, referrals, and your network
Educate clients on the benefits of various insurance products (auto, home, life, business)
Assess client needs and provide customized insurance solutions
Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and customer loyalty
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and contribute to the agency’s success
Attend regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques
Keep accurate records of sales activity and client interactions in the CRM
