We are seeking a Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll handle a mix of commercial new business, renewals, and service work, including brokered and Farmers commercial accounts.
- Base Salary: $40,000 to $60,000 based on experience

Requirements
- Current Property & Casualty license required
- Prior Commercial insurance experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communicator who builds trust with clients
- Comfortable navigating commercial coverage options and processing applications
- Familiarity with Accord forms and agency management systems a plus
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process Accord applications for new and renewal business
- Quote new commercial policies and review upcoming renewals
- Provide service support for billing issues and client inquiries
- Maintain knowledge across multiple lines of commercial insurance including auto, property, and workers’ compensation
- Manage both Farmers and brokered business accounts professionally and accurately
