Provide exceptional customer service
Understanding prospects' needs and identifying sales opportunities
Establish client relationships and follow up with clients as needed
Secure all Trailing Documents from customers
Verify phone numbers and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
Supporting sales team in achieving high sales targets
Uphold the wants and needs of your customers
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Process customer policy change requests.
Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
Document each customer contact in eAgent.
Immediately greet all customers entering the office in a friendly and helpful manner.
Take premium payments from customers.
Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity, including financial products.
Verify phone numbers and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
Return all phone messages promptly.
Share training, education, knowledge, and expertise with team members.
Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Be outstanding at relationship building.
Develop and maintain client relationships.
Obtain the prospect's information, such as name, address, and vehicle information, and enter them into quote sheets.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, and potential client lists.
Provides ongoing support to insurance clients as needed.
Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
