We are conducting interviews for New Protege Agent candidates in the West Michigan market. New Protege Candidates will receive outstanding training, and the opportunity for ownership of their own agency with successfully completion of the program.  

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable.

• Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.

• Strong desire for personal and professional growth.

• Must hold valid insurance licenses (or be willing to acquire them)

• Develops insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales
