We welcome individuals with customer service or sales experience from other industries. We'll provide the training and support you need to succeed, including licensing assistance, mentorship, and continuing education.

Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Must be have or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license
Positive attitude and self-motivated mindset.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
What You'll Do:
Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Offer additional products and services that support customer goals and lifestyles.
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
Provide friendly and helpful service during every interaction before, during, and after the sale.
Actively seek customer feedback and referrals to grow our trusted network.
Learn and follow underwriting and compliance standards to ensure accuracy and transparency.
Stay informed about new products and services so you can always offer the best options.
