Position Overview
As our Insurance Sales Manager, you'll lead, coach, and motivate a team of insurance producers, driving both commercial and personal lines growth. You'll partner closely with the District Manager to implement sales strategies, optimize performance metrics, and ensure our agencies consistently exceed their goals.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

District Support/Guidance
Increased Earning Potential
-Minimum 5 years experience in insurance sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
-Proven track record of meeting or exceeding multi-line sales targets (P&C and life)
-Strong coaching and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate diverse teams
-Exceptional analytical ability (comfortable working with performance metrics dashboards)
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Deep knowledge of Farmers Insurance products and regulatory requirements
-Proficiency with ACE, MASS, and common industry CRMs
Team Leadership & Coaching:
Recruit, onboard, and mentor a high-caliber sales team
Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions and group trainings to sharpen selling skills
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and roll out quarterly sales plans for auto, home, life, and commercial lines
Analyze performance data (new business counts, prime scores, discount utilization) and adjust tactics
Performance Management:
Set clear production targets and monitor KPIs
Provide real-time feedback and implement action plans to address shortfalls
Agent Development:
Facilitate ongoing training (in-district workshops, webinars, role-plays)
Identify top talent for the Farmers Protégé Program and succession planning
Collaboration & Communication:
Serve as liaison between district leadership and agency owners
Lead weekly district meetings to share best practices, celebrate wins, and align on objectives
