* Must be able to obtain a Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance license (can be completed during onboarding in first 30 days)

-Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required

-Develop and execute strategies to launch and grow your own Farmers Insurance agency

-Lead and build your own high-performing sales team
