Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $380,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Texas insurance license, or willingness to obtain

Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and people skills; ability to build rapport quickly

Sales Acumen: Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus

Adaptability: Open to learning, coaching, and adjusting in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment

Customer Service: Genuine desire to help people and provide top-tier service

Ambition: Motivated to grow and succeed within the insurance industry

Tech Skills: Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and CRM familiarity

Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the San Antonio area and community is an advantage

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required); college education preferred

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Actively engage with prospective clients, understand their insurance needs, and guide them in selecting suitable policies.

Policy Sales: Promote and sell a range of insurance products.

Prospecting: Identify leads and potential clients through various channels, maintaining a robust and active sales pipeline.

Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

Quote Development: Assist in creating accurate and competitive insurance quotes and proposals tailored to individual client needs.

Needs Assessment: Learn to identify and analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.

Client Follow-Up: Conduct timely outreach and follow-ups with leads, prospects, and current clients.

Team Collaboration: Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development activities.

Administrative Support: Help maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions, transactions, and communications.

Ethical Standards: Consistently uphold Farmers Insurances standards of ethics, service excellence, and professionalism.

Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and changes in insurance regulations and products.
