Requirements
Licensing: Active Oregon Property & Casualty License (we will help you get these).
Experience: A background in sales or insurance is helpful but not necessary. We will train you.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
Customer Focused: A dedication to meeting client needs and providing exceptional service.
Sales Skills: Proven ability to identify sales opportunities and achieve targets.
