Farmers Insurance is currently looking to hire both Part Time and Full Time Licensed Insurance Producers throughout the Bay Area! This position offers high level training and the freedom to produce at will. You will be compensated based on your monthly production. Farmers Insurance offers a wide array of products including but not limited to auto, home, business, and life insurance.

Requirements
Qualifications Required:
Active Property & Casualty Insurance license
Active Life & Health Insurance license
Preferred:
Bilingual fluent in English and Spanish, Chinese, Mandarin, or Cantonese
Strong communication skills and client-focused approach
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Sales experience preferred, but not required training provided
Responsibilities
Cross-sell existing book of business.
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.
Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
