What is the Associate Agent Program?

This program allows you to:

  • Gain valuable experience and explore insurance agency ownership without upfront capital investment
  • Up to 24-month program to allow you time to prepare to become a future agency owner
  • Receive personalized mentorship to help you develop your business plan and marketing strategies to build your book of business

Requirements

Ideal Candidate:

  • Licensed (or willing to become licensed) in Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health
  • Insurance sales experience
  • Entrepreneurial and business-minded
  • Coachable and willing to learn
  • Strong communication skills and customer focus
Responsibilities

As an Associate Agent, you will:

  • Prospect and generate leads through community engagement, referrals, networking, and marketing campaigns
  • Sell insurance products including auto, home, life, and business policies to meet client needs
  • Build relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, conducting policy reviews, and offering tailored coverage solutions
  • Collaborate with the district office team to receive coaching, feedback, and training
  • Develop and execute a business plan with support from your district manager, including setting production goals and tracking performance
  • Learn agency operations, including quoting, policy servicing, billing, and compliance
  • Create and implement marketing strategies to build your brand and increase visibility in the community
  • Prepare for agency ownership, including meeting key production benchmarks and gaining leadership experience
