Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in recruiting, sales, business development, or small business/startup support preferred
• Natural connector with strong communication and follow-up skills
• Confident in cold outreach, networking, and presenting opportunities
• Highly organized and accountable for managing goals and deadlines
• Full-time, in-office availability in our San Diego location
• Ability to pass background check

What You’ll Do:

• Recruit Future Agency Owners: Identify, engage, and interview entrepreneurial candidates who are ready to launch their own Farmers Insurance agency.
• Place Agency Staff: Find qualified service and sales professionals to support existing agencies across our district.
• Utilize Job Boards & Social Media: Actively source and screen candidates through platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, etc.
• Represent Our Brand in the Community: Attend career fairs, business networking events, and local meetups to attract top talent.
• Manage Candidate Pipelines: Track, schedule, and conduct interviews, maintain candidate records, and support onboarding.
• Drive Results: Meet and exceed monthly recruiting goals to help scale our network of agencies.
