Salary Range: $36,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year

Who You Are:

• Have 1+ year of experience in insurance (Auto, Home, Life, Health, or Commercial) or a service-oriented office environment.
• Strong with Microsoft Office, web tools, and comfortable navigating CRMs or data platforms.
• Excellent communicatorfriendly, professional, and confident leading others through systems or processes.
• Organized, proactive, and love being the go-to person behind the scenes.

Preferred, but not required:

• Active P&C or Life/Health license
• If not licensed, must be willing to obtain licensing (we cover the cost)

What You'll Do:

• Support New & Existing Agencies: Assist agency owners and staff with onboarding, training logistics, and day-to-day business needs.
• Drive Growth Initiatives: Help implement district-wide sales and marketing strategies that support agency growth.
• Coordinate Meetings & Events: Schedule, prep, and track participation in district meetings, webinars, and training sessions.
• Run the Office Like a Pro: Keep office operations smooth with your attention to detail, tech skills, and organized approach.
• Reporting & Projects: Assist with data tracking, performance dashboards, and internal communications.
