• A Life & Health Insurance license is required.
• Prior Successful Sales Experience, preferably in Health or Medicare fields.

• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills.

• Share training and education knowledge and expertise with agency team members.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
• Help Agency Owners secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Help Agency Owners with prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
