Join our growing insurance agency as an Insurance Producer and build a thriving sales career with unlimited earning potential. You'll acquire new clients for our agency by selling Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Life, and Commercial insurance products, along with other complementary coverage options. You'll work with individual customers and small business owners to identify their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions that protect what matters most to them.

Salary Range: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Hands on Training

Must obtain Property & Casualty insurance license through the Texas Department within 30 days of employment

Must obtain Life & Health insurance license within 30 days of employment

Sales experience preferred but not required; we'll train the right attitude

Insurance industry experience is a plus, but not necessary

Calling and quoting prospects, and obtaining all required documents and signatures for new business accounts.

Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients

Review existing policies annually and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities

Respond promptly to client inquiries and policy questions

Maintain accurate, organized client records and documentation
