In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in the success of our team by providing coaching, development, and mentoring to Farmers Insurance Agency Owners. You will have the unique opportunity to serve as a business coach, focusing on guiding Agency Owners in implementing proven sales processes, marketing strategies, and efficient practices that drive profitable growth.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

• Demonstrate leadership competencies, including the ability to delegate, engage, and inspire others.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales.
• Willing to obtain General Lines Property & Casualty Texas license.
• Willing to obtain General Lines Life, Accident, and Health Texas license.
• Insurance experience is a plus but is not required.

• Conduct regular agency consultation visits to collaborate with agents and their staff in setting and surpassing business goals.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to enhance productivity, leading to the development of stronger and more successful Farmers agencies.
• Offer guidance and assistance during the onboarding process for new agents, including helping them establish business plans, providing personalized support, and advising on office setup, staff hiring, and effective marketing systems.
