Sales Manager
Job Overview
We seek a passionate, self-driven leader who wants to make a difference in people's lives.
As a licensed Agency Business Consultant, you will be part of a District Leadership Team that is helping to develop Farmers Insurance Agency Owners on the High Plains by offering guidance and coaching to our agency force. Sales and/or management experience required.
Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health license is preferred but will train the excellent individual.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Career-minded vision.
- Display leadership competencies, including delegating, engaging, and inspiring others.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Being bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish, is beneficial.
- A minimum of 3-5 years prior sales experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provides ongoing support to insurance agents as needed.
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop lasting networking relationships with business owners and community leaders.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
