Licensing, Registrations & Experience

• Appropriate licenses and/or authorizations to sell life insurance, annuities and financial products offered by FNWL and FFS
• At least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience in the Life and Financial Services industry
• Agree to transfer any existing Series 6, 7 and /or 63 FINRA registrations to a designated Broker/Dealer, and to terminate any concurrent or dual registration; or agree to take the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam and obtain a Series 6 or 7 registration and, if applicable the Series 63 registration within ninety days of a written request.

• Self-motivated and driven to meet sales targets
• A true leader but recognizes the value of having a business coach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Financial Planning and Retirement Planning skills
• Experience in insurance sales and knowledge of various insurance products
• Strong understanding of finance and investment concepts
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
• Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., CFP, Series 7) are preferred
