Training and Support From District Office

• Strong sales and customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and client relationship management.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Property & Casualty and Life & Health License needed - Assistance Available

• Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses
• Prospect and market through various sales channels to generate leads and opportunities
• Make Outbound calls on leads to develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
• Develop and maintain client relationships through excellent customer service
• Explain insurance policies, terms, and conditions to clients
• Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients' needs
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product updates to effectively advise clients and stay ahead of the competition
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics set by the company
