Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements

Proven experience in retail sales, insurance sales, or a related field

Strong sales and customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and client relationship management.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Active General Lines Property & Casualty License required (help obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses

Prospect and market through various sales channels to generate leads

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales

Develop and maintain client relationships through excellent customer service

Assess clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options

Explain insurance policies, terms, and conditions to clients

Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients' needs

Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day

Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product updates to advise clients and stay ahead of the competition effectively.

Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company
